Compliance of directions of the Regional Electricity Board, etc., by licensees or generating companies (1) Until otherwise specified by the Central Government, the Central Transmission Utility shall operate the Regional Load Despatch Centres and the State Transmission Utility shall operate the State Load Despatch Centres. (2) The Regional Load Despatch Centre shall be the apex body to ensure integrated operation of the power system in the concerned region.
