In case such a draft relates to a matter within the purview of the Academic Council the Board shall refer it for consideration to the Academic Council, which may either report to the Board that it does not approve the proposal, which shall then be deemed to have been rejected by the Board, or submit the draft to the Board in such form as the Academic Council may approve, and the provisions of this section shall apply in the case of a draft so submitted as they apply in the case of a draft proposed to the Board by the Academic Council. (6) A new Statute or addition to the Statutes or any amendment or repeal of a Statute shall require the previous approval of the Chancellor who may sanction, disallow or remit it for further consideration. (7) Every Statute made under this Act shall be published in the official Gazette.
