Aircraft Act, 1934 Complete Act

.....Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Aircraft Rules, 1937, namely: SECTION 01: SHORT TITLE AND EXTENT (1) This Act may be called The Aircraft Act, 1934. (2) It extends to the whole of India and applies also-: (a) to citizens of India, wherever they may be; and (b) to, and to the persons on, aircraft registered in India wherever they may be.] SECTION 02: DEFINITIONS In this Act, unless is anything repugnant in the subject or context,- (1) "Aircraft" means any machine which can derive support in the atmosphere from reactions of the air, Other than reactions of the air against the earth's surface] and includes balloons, whether fixed or free, airships, kites, gliders and flying machines. (2) "Aerodrome" means any definite or limited ground or water area intended to be used, either wholly or in part, for the lending or departure of aircraft, and includes all buildings, sheds, vessels, piers and other structures thereon or appertaining thereto, (2A) "aerodrome reference point", in relation to any aerodrome, means a designated point established in the horizontal plane at or near the geometric centre of that part of the aerodrome.....

RESERVE BANK OF INDIA ACT, 1934 RESERVE BANK OF INDIA ACT, 1934 1934 An Act to constitute a Reserve Bank of India WHEREAS it is expedient to constitute a Reserve Bank for India to regulate the issue of Bank notes and the keeping of reserves with a view to securing monetary stability in India and generally to operate the currency and credit system of the country to its advantage ; AND WHEREAS in the present disorganisation of the monetary systems of the world it is not possible to determine what will be suitable as a permanent basis for the Indian monetary system ; BUT WHEREAS it is expedient to make temporary provision on the basis of the existing monetary system, and to leave the question of the monetary standard best suited to India to be considered when the international monetary position has become sufficiently clear and stable to make it possible to frame permanent measures; It is hereby enacted as follows :- SECTION 01: SHORT TITLE, EXTENT AND COMMENCEMENT (1) This Act may be called the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934. (2) It extends to the whole of India. (3) This section shall come into force at once, and the remaining provisions of this Act shall come into.....

.....regulations shall be regarded as confidential and shall not be disclosed to any person or authority unless such disclosure is for the purpose of any action or proceeding under this Act or the regulations or under any other law or unless the Chief Inspector or the Inspector considers such disclosure necessary to ensure the health, safety or welfare of any dock worker. (2) The Chief Inspector or the Inspector shall not disclose the source of any complaint bringing to his notice a defect or breach of any legal provisions and if any visit or inspection is to be made in connection with such a complaint, he shall give no intimation to the employer that the visit is made in consequence of receipt of such a complaint: Provided that the restrictions imposed under this sub-section shall not apply to any case where the complainant himself has expressed his willingness to have the source of the complaint disclosed. (3) If the Chief Inspector or an Inspector or any other person referred to in subsection (1) discloses, contrary to the provisions of this section, any information as aforesaid, he shall he punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine,.....

1 [45QA. Power of Company Law Board to offer repayment of deposit (1) Every deposit accepted by a non-banking financial company, unless renewed, shall be repaid in accordance with the terms and condition of such deposit. (2) Where a non-banking financial company has failed to repay and deposit or part thereof in accordance with the terms and conditions of such deposit, the Company Law Board constituted under section 10E of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), may, if it is satisfied, either on its own motion or on an application of the depositor, that it is necessary so to do to safeguard the interests of the company, the depositors or in the public interest, direct, by order, the non-banking financial company to make repayment of such deposit or part thereof forthwith or within such time and subject to such conditions as may be specified in the order: Provided that the Company Law Board may, before making any order under this sub-section, give a reasonable opportunity of being heard to the non-banking financial company and the other persons interested in the matter.] ______________________ 1.
