.....scheme is published in the Official Gazette under sub-section 47[(2)] of section 9, it shall come into force and shall have effect as if it were enacted in this Act. SECTION 10A: POWER OF STATE GOVERNMENT OR OF BOARD OR COMPANY TO MAKE, REGULATIONS 4844For the purpose of carrying out the objects of a scheme which has come into force under section 10,49[the44[State] Government or] the Board 50[or the Company] may make regulations requiring any person or51* * Persons or the public generally to take certain action or to refrain from doing certain acts in respect of any matters supplementary or incidental to the scheme.]52[The regulations made by the Board or the company shall be made in consultation with the State Government.] CHAPTER 03: EXECUTION OF THE SCHEME SECTION 11: POWER TO ENFORCE SCHEME 53(1) After a scheme has come into force under Section 10, the Board 54[or Company, as the case may be,] shall appoint an officer to execute it. .....Charitable Endowments Act, 1890-; (b) "Treasurer" means the Treasurer of Charitable Endowments for India for the time being, appointed under sub-section (1) of section 3-of the Act, and includes such other officer as the Treasurer may appoint to discharge any of the functions assigned to him under these rules; (c) "Form" means a form appended to these rules. RULE 03: PREVIOUS PUBLICATION OF VESTING ORDERS AND SCHEMES In cases in which private persons apply for a vesting order or a scheme or modification of a scheme, and in all cases in which it is proposed to depart in any respect from the ascertained wishes or presumable intentions of the founder of an endowment, there shall ordinarily, and unless the Central Government otherwise directs, be previous publication of the proposed vesting order or scheme or modification. RULE 04: MODE OF PREVIOUS PUBLICATIONS (1) Unless the Central Government is of opinion that a proposed vesting order or proposed scheme or modification of a scheme may be made or settled without previous publication, it shall publish a draft of the proposed order, scheme or modification or a sufficient abstract thereof, for the informations of persons.....

Industrial Statistics Act, 1942 Complete Act

1[All Boards constituted for a division under section 3 shall be dissolved on the day on which the new Boards shall be constituted under section 3 as amended by the Bombay Land Improvement Schemes (Amendment) Act, 1948 : Provided that, any direction issued, appointments made, scheme sanctioned, regulation made and all things done by the first mentioned Board shall be deemed to have been lawfully issued, made, sanctioned or done and any scheme so sanctioned shall be executed by the new Board constituted as aforesaid in the district in which the land in respect of which such scheme is made is situate : Provided further that, if such land is situate within the limits of more than one district the 2[State] Government shall decide which of the Boards shall execute the scheme in respect thereof. _________________ 1.
