Title: Of the Application of Water for Public Purposes

Title: Damage for Which Compensation Shall Not Be Awarded

.....in respect of which compensation claimed; and, where such market-value is not ascertainable, the amount shall be reckoned at twelve times the amount of the diminution of the annual net profits of such property caused by the exercise of the powers conferred by this Act. Title: Limitation of Claims

No claim for compensation for any such stoppage, diminution or damage shall be made after the expiration of one year from such stoppage, diminution or damage, unless the Collector is satisfied that the claimant had sufficient cause for not making the claim within such period.
