Information Technology Act, 2000 Section 67B

Title: Punishment for Publishing or Transmitting of Material Depicting Children in Sexually Explicit Act, Etc., in Electronic Form.

.....which may extend to five years and with fine which may extend to ten lakh rupees and in the event of second or subsequent conviction with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years and also with fine which may extend to ten lakh rupees: Provided that provisions of section 67, section 67A and this section does not extend to any book, pamphlet, paper, writing, drawing, painting representation or figure in electronic form- (i) the publication of which is proved to be justified as being for the public good on the ground that such book, pamphlet, paper, writing drawing, painting representation or figure is the interest of science, literature, art or learning or other objects of general concern; or (ii) which is kept or used for bonafide heritage or religious purposes. Title: Substitution of New Sections for Sections 66 and 67

Maharashtra Apartment Ownership Act, 1970 Complete Act

.....to it, may, they will be required to do so if they find that the language used by Parliament is ambiguous or is too general, though in point of fact Parliament intended that it should have a limited application. WHEREAS, it is expedient to provide for the ownership of an individual apartment in a building and to make such apartment heritable and transferable property, and to provide for matters connected with the purposes aforesaid; It is hereby enacted in the Twenty-first year of the Republic of India as follows: SECTION 01: SHORT TITLE, EXTENT AND COMMENCEMENT (1) This Act may be called the Maharashtra Apartment Ownership Act, 1970. .....Deed of Apartment in the Register of Declaration and Deeds of Apartments under the Karnataka Apartment Ownership Act, 1972 and shall also enter particulars in the Index kept under sub-section (3). Any person acquiring any apartment or any apartment owner shall be deemed to have notice of the Declaration and of the Deed of Apartment as from the date of its registration under this section. In section 14 of the principal Act,- (i) in clause (c), for sub-clause (i), the following sub-clause shall be substituted, namely:- "(i) to reproduce the work in any material form including- (A) the storing of it in any medium by electronic or other means; or (B) depiction in three-dimensions of a two-dimensional work; or (C) depiction in two-dimensions of a three-dimensional work;"; (ii) in clause (d),- (a) for sub-clause (1), the following sub-clause shall be substituted, namely:- "(i) to make a copy of the film, including- (A) a photograph of any image forming part thereof; or (B) storing of it in any medium by electronic or other means;"; (b) for sub-clause (ii), the following sub-clause shall be substituted, namely:- "(ii) to sell or give on commercial rental or offer for sale or for such rental, any copy of the film;"; (iii) in clause (e),- (a) in sub-clause (i), after the words "embodying it", the words "including storing of it in any medium by electronic or other means" shall be inserted; (b) for sub-clause (ii), the following sub-clause shall be substituted, namely:- "(ii) to sell or give on commercial rental or offer for sale or for such.....
