.....of Orissa in the Fifty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:- Section 1 - Short title This Act may be called the Orissa Appropriation Act, 2002 Section 2 - Issue of Rs. 4599,47,93, 000 out of the Concolidated Fund of the State of Orissa for the financial year 2001-2002 From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Orissa there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of four thousand five hundred ninety-nine crores, forty-seven lakhs and ninety-three thousand rupees towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the financial year 2001-2002 in respect of the services and purposes specified in column (2) of the Schedule. Section 3 - Appropriation The sums authorized to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Orissa by the Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year. For Statement of Objects and Reasons see R.H.P.Extra., dated 25.3.2002, P. 4577 &4603] [28th June, 2002] PREAMBLE AN ACT to re-enact a law relating to registration of persons engaged in tourist trade, constitution of the Tourism Development Board and other matters connected therewith. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Orissa in the Fifty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short title. This Act may be called the Orissa Service of Engineers (Validation of Appointment) Act, 2002. 2. Definitions.
