THE HARYANA BOARD OF SCHOOL EDUCATION ACT, 1969 THE HARYANA BOARD OF SCHOOL EDUCATION ACT, 1969 (Act No. 11 of 1969) [Received the assent of the Governor of Haryana on the 23rd February, 1969, and was first published in the Haryana Government Gazette (Extraordinary), of the 26th February, 1969] An Act to provide for the establishment of a Board of School Education in the State of Haryana. 1. Short title, extent and commencement. (1) This Act may be called the Haryana Board of School Education Act, 1969. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Haryana. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint in this behalf. 2. Definitions. (Act No. 5 of 1969) 7th June, 1969 An Act to regulate the letting of residential and non-residential buildings and the control of rents of such buildings and the prevention of unreasonable eviction of tenants therefrom in the Union territory of Pondicherry.
