Section 17 - Meetings of the Executive Council (1) The Executive Council shall meet at least once in six months and not less than fifteen days notice shall be given for such meeting. (2) The Chairman of the Executive Council shall preside over a meeting of the Executive Council, and in his absence the members presents shall elect a person from amongst themselves to preside over the meeting.
