Any money paid to the Commissioner1[which remains undisbursed or unclaimed for a period of three years from the day on which the last order for disbursement was made] shall be transferred by the Commissioner to the general revenue account of the Central Government; but a claim to any money so transferred may be preferrd to the Central Government by the person entitled to such payment and shall be dealt with as if such transfer had not been made, the order, if any, for payment of the claim being treated as an order for the refund of revenue. ________________________ 1. (1) Where a coking coal mine or coke oven plant has established a provident fund for the benefit of its employees, the monies relatable to the employees, whose services have become transferred, by or under this Act, to the Central Government or a Government company, shall, out of the monies standing, on the appointed day, to the credit of such provident fund, stand transferred to, and vest in, the Central Government or the Government company, as the case may be. (2) The monies which stand transferred under sub-section (1), to the Central Government or a Government company shall be dealt with by that Government or company, as the case may be, in such manner as may be prescribed.
