.....a minor or a person who is subject to physical or mental disability, such heir shall be deemed to cultivate the land personally notwithstanding the fact that the land is cultivated on behalf of such heir by servants or hired labour or by tenants. 1. Clause (7a) was inserted by Bom 37 of 1950, s. 2. Explanation:-In the case of an undivided Hindu family, the land shall be deemed to have been cultivated personally if it is cultivated by any member of such family. If there are no adult male co-parceners in such family capable of cultivating the land personally, such family shall be deemed to be cultivating the land personally if the land is cultivated on behalf of such family by servants or hired labour or by tenants. Indian Easements Act, 1882 Section 23

Title: Right to Alter Mode of Enjoyment

Subject to the provisions of section 22, the dominant owner may, from time to time, alter the mode and place of enjoying the easement, provided that he does not thereby impose any additional burden on the servient heritage. Exception.--The dominant owner of a right of way cannot vary his line of passage at pleasure, even though he does not thereby impose any additional burden on the servient heritage. Illustrations (a) A, the owner of a sawmill, has a right to a flow of water sufficient to work the mill. He may convert the sawmill into a corn-mill: provided that it can he worked by the same amount of water. (b) A has a right to discharge on B's land the rain-water from the eaves of A's house. This clues not entitle A to advance his eaves if, by so doing, he imposes a greater burden on B's land. (c) A as the owner of a paper-mill, acquires a right to pollute a stream by procuring in the refuse-liquor produced by making in the mill paper from rags. Title: Use of His Majestys Forces in Connection with Discharge of the Functions of the Crown in Its Relations with Indian States

1[286. Use of His Majesty's forces in connection with discharge of the functions of the Crown in its relations with Indian States (1) If His Majesty's Representative for the exercise of the functions of the Crown in its relations with Indian States requests the assistance of armed forces for the clue discharge of those functions, it shall be the duty of the Governor-General in the exercise of the executive authority of the Federation to cause the necessary forces to be employed accordingly, but the net additional expense, if any, incurred in connection with those forces by reason of that employment shall be deemed to be expenses of His Majesty incurred in discharging the said functions of the Crown.
