.....(1), any canal or part thereof is closed and filled up or any canal side road is closed to traffic, the State Government may deal with the space covered by such filled up canal or part thereof or by such road, in such manner as it may consider fit. Section 4 No compensation for damage No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government in respect of any injury or damage caused by, or resulting from stoppage of navigation in the canals or of use of the canal side roads, or any act done under this Act. Section 5 Indemnity No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government or any officer of the State Government or other person in respect of any act which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act. REGULATION 19: BUSINESS AT GENERAL MEETINGS (1) No business other than that specified in sub-section (2) of section 44-of the Act shall be transacted or discussed at the annual general meeting, except with the consent of the chairman or other person presiding at the meeting, unless not les than six week's notice of the same has been given to the chairman or the4[managing director] of the subsidiary bank either by the State Bank or by at least ten other share holders qualified to vote at the meeting. Such notice shall take the form of a definite resolution to be put to the meeting, and shall be included in the notice of the meeting. (2) Except with the consent of the chairman or other person presiding at the meeting, no business shall be transacted or discussed at any special general meeting, except the business for which the meeting has been specifically convened. THE RAJASTHAN ANIMAL DISEASES ACT., 1959 THE RAJASTHAN ANIMAL DISEASES ACT., 1959 (Act No. 5 of 1959) (Received the assent of the Governor on the 15th day of January , 1959) An Act to provide for the prevention and control of disease affecting animal. Be it enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature in the Ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows :- 1. Short title, extent and commencement. -- (1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Animal Disease Act, 1959. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan. (3) It shall come into force at once. 2.
