.....census figures having regard to the provisions of the Constitution and to the following provisions :- (a) all constituencies, shall, so far as practicable, be geographically compact areas and in delimiting them, regard shall be had to physical features, existing boundaries of administrative units, facilities of communication and public convenience: (b) every assembly constituency shall be so delimited as to fall only within one parliamentary constituency; (c) constituencies in which seats are reserved for the Scheduled Castes shall be distributed in different parts of the States and located, as far as practicable, in those areas where the proportion, of their population to the total population is comparatively large; and (d) constituencies in which seats are reserved for the Scheduled Tribes shall, as far as practicable, be located in those areas where the proportion of their population to the total population is the largest. .....or horticultural produce, grown by himself or grown on any land in which he has an interest as owner or tenant as defined in the Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955 (Act No. 3 of 1955), shall not be deemed to be a dealer in respect of such sales within the meaning of this clause; (12)"Deputy Commissioner (Administration)", "Assistant Commissioner", "Commercial Taxes Officer", "Assistant Commercial Taxes Officer" or "Junior Commercial Taxes Officer" means the person holding office with that designation under the State Government; (13) "exempted goods" means any goods exempted from tax in accordance with the provisions of this Act; (14)"firm", "partner" and "partnership" shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 (Central Act No. 9 of 1932); (15) "goods" means all kinds of movable property, whether tangible or intangible, other than newspapers, money, actionable claims, stocks, shares and securities, and includes materials, articles and commodities used in any form in the execution of works contract, livestock and all other things attached to or forming part of the land which is agreed to be severed before sale or under the contract.....

THE FOURTH SCHEDULE [See section 26 (1)] Amendments To The Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order, 1950 In the Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order, 1950,-- (1) in paragraph 2, for the figures "XIII", the figures "XVI" shall be substituted; (2) in paragraph 3,-- (a) for the words and figures "arid any reference in Part XIII", the words and figures "any reference in Part XIII" shall be substituted; (b) the following shall be added at the end, namely:-- "and any reference in Part XIV to XVI to a State shall be construed as a reference to the State constituted as from the day appointed under clause (b) of section 2 of the North-Eastern Areas (Reorganisation) Act, 1971"; (3) in the Schedule,-- (a) in PART II -- Assam, para. 2 shall be omitted and in paragraph 3, for the words "excluding the Tribal areas", the words, "excluding the autonomous districts" shall be substituted; (b) after Part XIII, the following Parts shall be inserted, namely:-- PART XIV Manipur Throughout the State:-- 1.
