THE POONA UNIVERSITY ACT, 1974 THE POONA UNIVERSITY ACT, 1974 [MAHARASHTRA ACT No. XXIII OF 1974] This act received assent of the President on the 2nd May 1974; assent was first published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette Part IV, Extraordinary, on the 17th May, 1974.
