THE KERALA PANCHAYAT RAJ ACT, 1994 THE KERALA PANCHAYAT RAJ ACT, 1994 [Act No. 13 of 1994] PREAMBLE An Act to replace the present enactments relating to Panchayats and district councils by a comprehensive enactment.
