THE SIKKIM PRISONS ACT, 2007 THE SIKKIM PRISONS ACT, 2007 (Act No. 16 of 2007) AN ACT To provide for a law regulating the prisons in Sikkim. Be it enacted by the Legislature of Sikkim in the Fifty-eighth Year of the Republic of India as follows: - CHAPTER I Short title, extent and commencement. 1.
