.....2015 THE ARBITRATION AND CONCILIATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2015 NO. 3 OF 2016 [31st December, 2015.] An Act to amend the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Sixty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows: Short title and commencement. 1. (1) This Act may be called the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2015. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 23rd October, 2015. Amendment of section 2. 2. In the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in section 2, (I) in sub-section (1), (A) for clause (e), the following clause shall be substituted, namely: (e) Court means (i) in the case of an arbitration other than international commercial arbitration, the principal Civil Court of original jurisdiction in a district, and includes the High Court in exercise of its ordinary original civil jurisdiction, having jurisdiction to decide the questions forming the subject-matter of the arbitration if the same had been the subject-matter of a suit, but does not include any Civil Court of a grade inferior to such principal Civil Court, or any Court of Small Causes; (ii) in the.....

Be it enacted by Parliament in the Sixty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows: CHAPTER I PRELIMINARY Short title, extent and commencement. 1. (1) This Act may be called the Commercial Courts, Commercial Division and Commercial Appellate Division of High Courts Act, 2015. (2) It extends to the whole of India except the State of Jammu and Kashmir. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 23rd day of October, 2015. Definitions. 2. Title: Nutritional Support to Children

(1) Subject to the provisions contained in clause (b), every child up to the age of fourteen years shall have the following entitlements for his nutritional needs, namely:-- (a) in the case of children in the age group of six months to six years, age appropriate meal, free of charge, through the local anganwadi so as to meet the nutritional standards specified in Schedule II: Provided that for children below the age of six months, exclusive breast feeding shall be promoted; (b) in the case of children, up to class VIII or within the age group of six to fourteen years, whichever is applicable, one mid-day meal, free of charge, everyday, except on school holidays, in all schools run by local bodies, Government and Government aided schools, so as to meet the nutritional standards specified in Schedule II. (2) Every school, referred to in clause (b) of sub-section (1), and anganwadi shall have facilities for cooking meals, drinking water and sanitation: Provided that in urban areas facilities of centralised kitchens for cooking meals may be used, wherever required, as per the guidelines issued by the Central Government.

In section 15M of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), for sub-section (1), the following sub-sections shall be substituted, namely: "(1) A person shall not be qualified for appointment as the Presiding Officer of the Securities Appellate Tribunal unless he-- (a) is a sitting or retired Judge of the Supreme Court or a sitting or retired Chief Justice of a High Court; or (b) is a sitting or retired Judge of a High Court who has completed not less than seven years of service as a Judge in a High Court. (1A) The Presiding Officer of the Securities Appellate Tribunal shall be appointed by the Central Government in consultation with the Chief Justice of India or his nominee.".
