Madhya Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2000 Complete Act

.....pass to the State in which the principal seat of business of the undertaking is located. (4) Where anybody corporate constituted under a Central Act, State Act or Provincial Act for the existing State of Madhya Pradesh or any part thereof has, by virtue of the provisions of Part II of this Act, become an inter-State body corporate, the investments in, or loans or advances to, any such body corporate by the existing State of Madhya Pradesh made before the appointed day shall, save as otherwise expressly provided by or under this Act, be divided between the States of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh in the same proportion in which the assets of the body corporate are divided under the provisions of this part. SECTION 43: ASSETS AND LIABILITIES OF STATE UNDERTAKING (1) The assets and liabilities relating to any undertaking of the existing State of Madhya Pradesh whether directly owned or through a body corporate constituted or incorporated or registered under any Central, State or Provincial Act, shall," (a)if exclusively located in a successor State, pass to the successor State, and where a depreciation reserve is maintained by the existing State of Madhya Pradesh for such.....

.....entitled to practice or an attorney entitled to act in the High Court at Madras shall be recognised as an advocate or an attorney entitled to practise or to act, as the case may be, in the High Court of Andhra. SECTION 32: PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE IN ANDHRA HIGH COURT Subject to the provisions of this Part, the law in force immediately before the prescribed day with respect to practice and procedure in the High Court at Madras shall, with the necessary modifications, apply in relation to the High Court of Andhra and accordingly that High Court shall have all such powers to make rules and orders with respect to practice and procedure as are immediately before the prescribed day exercisable by the High Court at Madras: Provided that any rules or orders which are in force immediately before the prescribed day with respect to practice and procedure in the High Court at Madras shall, until varied or revoked by rules or orders made by the High Court of Andhra apply with the necessary modifications in relation to practice and procedure in the High Court of Andhra as if made by that Court. THE EIGHTH-SCHEDULE (See Section 27) Amendment of the Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order, 1950 (1) For paragraph 3, substitute : "3. Any reference in this Order, exept Parts IV and VII-A of the Schedule to a State or to a district or other territorial division thereof shall be construed as a reference to the State, district or other territorial division, constituted as from the 1st day of November, 1956; and any reference in Parts IV and VII-A of the Schedule to a State or to a district or other territorial division thereof shall be construed as a reference to the State, district or other territorial division, constituted as from the 1st day of May, 1960". (2) There shall be constituted in the State of Gujarat a Fund to be called the Special Revenue Reserve Fund consisting of the securities transferred to that.....
