1 [51A. Certain conditions to apply while granting bail When any person accused of, the commission of any offence relating to Schedule I or Part II of Schedule II or offences relating to hunting inside the boundaries of National Park or wild life sanctuary or altering the boundaries of such parks and sanctuaries, is arrested under the provisions of the Act, then notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974) no such person who had been previously convicted of an offence under this Act shall, be released on bail unless- (a) the Public Prosecutor has been given an opportunity of opposing the release on bail; and (b) where the Public Prosecutor opposes the application, the Court is satisfied that there are reasonable grounds for believing that he is not guilty of such offence and that he is not likely to commit any offence while on bail.] ___________________________ 1. "WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the care, protection, maintenance, welfare, training, education and rehabilitation of neglected or delinquent children and for the trail of delinquent children in the State of Kerala; Be it enacted in the Twenty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows: " CHAPTER I Preliminary 1. Short title, extent and commencement."(1) This Act may be called the Kerala Children Act, 1972. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Kerala. .....II. 21. Fees to be computed to the nearest multiple of five paise. " In the determination and computation of the amount of fee payable under this Act, any fraction of five paise less than two and a half paise shall be disregarded and any fraction of five paise equal to, or exceeding, two and a half paise shall be regarded as five paise. 22. Suits for money. " In a suit money (including a suit for damages or compensation, or arrears of maintenance, of annuities, or of other sums payable periodically), fee shall be computed on the amount claimed. 23. THE KERALA AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1972[1] THE KERALA AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1972[1] (Act 10 of 1972) An Act to amend the Kerala Agricultural University Act, 1971 Preamble."WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the Kerala Agricultural University Act, 1971, for the purposes hereinafter appearing; BE it enacted in the Twenty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1.Short title."This Act may be called the Kerala Agricultural University (Amendment) Act, 1972. 2.Amendment of section 58."In section 58 of the Kerala Agricultural University Act, 1971 (33 of 1971) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the proviso to sub-section (4) the following provisos shall be substituted, namely:- "Provided that the Government may, within a period of six months from the date specified in the notification under sub-section (1) or in the order under sub-section (3), with the concurrence of the University" (a).direct that any person who has so become an employee of the University shall cease to be an employee of the University and shall become an employee of the Government, if in the opinion of the Government the continuance of such person.....
