Title: Sending of Child Having Place of Residence Outside Jurisdiction

(1) In the case of a child whose ordinary place of residence lies outside the jurisdiction of the court before which it is brought, the court may, if satisfied after due inquiry that it is expedient so to do, send the child on his own bond back to a relative or a fit person who is fit and willing to receive him at his native place and exercise proper care and control of him. (2) Any breach of the said bond shall render the child liable to be committed to a 1[Classifying Centre] or to the care of another fit person. ___________________ 1.
