.....prior sanction of the Committee : Provided that the Chairperson may, if he considers it necessary to do so, grant such sanction and obtain ex-post -facto approval of the Committee; (b) of a value or amount exceeding Rs. 50,000 shall require the prior approval of the Central Government: Provided that nothing contained in this sub -rule shall apply to any expenditure relating to any of the following items, namely :" (i) refund of passage deposit and passage monies or of any other deposit received from or on behalf of the pilgrims; (ii) payment of sale proceeds of effects of deceased pilgrims; (iii) payment to and refund from airlines and other travel agencies on account of air fare or sea fare. MULTI-STATE CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES ACT, 2002 MULTI-STATE CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES ACT, 2002 39 of 2002 3rd July, 2002 An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to co-operative societies, with objects not confined to one State and serving the interests of members in more than one State, to facilitate the voluntary formation and democratic functioning of co-operatives as people's institutions based on self-help and mutual aid and to enable them to promote their economic and social betterment and to provide functional autonomy and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. Be it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:- SECTION 01: SHORT TITLE, EXTENT AND COMMENCEMENT (1) This Act may be called the Multi-State Co-operative Societies Act, 2002. (2) It extends to the whole of India. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act and any reference in any such provision to the commencement of this Act shall be construed as a reference to the coming into force of that.....

SECTION 15: FILLING OF A CASUAL VACANCY (1) When the seat of a member becomes vacant by his removal, resignation, death or otherwise, a new member shall be nominated or elected, as the case may be, in his place and such member shall hold office so long as the member whose place he fills would have been entitled to hold office if such vacancy had not occurred. THE DEV SANSKRITI VISHWAVIDYALAYA ACT, 2002 (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2009 THE DEV SANSKRITI VISHWAVIDYALAYA ACT, 2002 [Act No. 4 of 2002] PREAMBLE An Act to establish and incorporate a University sponsored by Shri Vedmata Gayatri Trust, Shantikunj, Haridwar in the State and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto It is hereby enacted in the Fifty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:-- Section 1 - Short title and commencement (1) This Act may be called the Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2002.
