.....- Regulations.- The authorities of the University may, subject to the prior approval of the Board of Management, make Section32 - Admissions Section33 - Fee Structure Section34 - Examinations.- At the beginning of each academic session and in any case not later than 30th of August of every Section35 - Declaration of results Section36 - Convocation.- The convocation of the University shall be held in every academic year in the manner as may be prescribed Section37 - Accreditation of the University.- The University shall obtained accreditation from the NAAC, as per the norms of the Section39 - Annual report Section40 - Annual accounts and audit Section41 - Powers of the State Government to inspect the University Section42 - Powers of the State Government to call for information Section43 - Dissolution of the University by the Sponsoring Body Section44 - Special powers of the State Government in certain circumstances Section45 - Powers to make rules Section46 - Power to remove difficulties Section47 - The Act to have overriding effect.- The provisions of this Act and the rules, Statutes, Ordinances made thereunder
