Section1 - Short Title.- This Act may be called Section2 - Definitions.- In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires :- Section3 - Appointment of competent authorities.- The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint an Section4 - Power to evict.- Section5 - Power to recover rent or damages as arrears of land revenue.- Section6A - Power of competent authorities.- A competent authority shall, for the purpose of holding any inquiry under this Act, Section7 - Appeals.- Section8 - Finality of orders.- Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, every order made by a competent authority or Section9 - Protection of action taken in good faith.- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Section11 - Penalty.- Any person who obstructs the lawful exercise of any power conferred by or under this Act shall, on Section12 - Rules.-

OF OTHER RIGHTS IN LAND 3[ Section8 - NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING CONTAINED IN THE COURT-FEES ACT, 1870 Court-Ices5, every appeal made under this Act to the Section9 - FINALITY OF AWARD OF COLLECTOR AND DECISION OF REVENUE TRIBUNAL The award made by the Collector subject to an appeal to Section09A - REVISIONAL POWERS IN RESPECT OF AWARDS MADE BEFORE COMMENCEMENT BOM XCIII OF 1958 Where any award was made under Section10 - INQUIRIES PROCEEDINGS TO BE JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS All inquiries and proceeding before the Collector and the Bombay Section11 - AMOUNT OF COMPENSATION TO BE PAYABLE IN TRANSFERABLE BONDS The amount of compensation payable under the provisions of Section12 - PROVISIONS OF BOM.
