Preamble1 - The Chhattisgarh State Upcharyagriha Tatha Rogopchar Sambandhi Sthapanaye Anugyapan Adhiniyam, 2010 Section1 - Short title, extent and commencement Section2 - Definitions In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, Section3 - Licence Any person, company, corporate body or association/partnership firm who intend to set-up a nursing home or a Section4 - Penalty for failure to obtain licence Whoever runs a nursing home or a clinical establishment as defined in this Act Section5 - Fee for obtaining licence Every application for licence made to the supervisory authority, shall contain such Section6 - Grant of licence or otherwise On the basis of the examination of the application for licence, the supervisory Section7 - Conditions of licensing Every licence granted under Section8 - Renewal of licence Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or any rules made thereunder, the licence granted Section9 - Cancellation or Suspension of licence If at any time, it is found by the supervisory authority that, Section10 - Appeal Any person aggrieved by an order of the supervisory authority refusing, cancelling or suspending the licence Section11 - Inspection of nursing homes or clinical establishment Section12 - Penalties and Fine Section13 - Provision as to wilful negligence by Nursing Home/Clinical Establish ment Section14 - Offences by Registered Society Section15 - Court competent to try offences under this Act Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, Section16 - Nature of offence All offences under this Act shall be cognizable and bailable Section17 - Protection of action taken in good faith Section18 - Power to make rules Section19 - Institution deemed to be licenced under this Act Section20 - Repeal The Chhattisgarh Upcharyagriha Tatha Rogopchar Sambandhi Sthapanaye
