Preamble1 - The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 Section1 - (1) This Act may be called the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Section32 - (2) The words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Indian Penal Code, the Code of Criminal Chapter2 - SEXUAL OFFENCES AGAINST CHILDREN Section3 - A person is said to commit "penetrative sexual assault" if " Section4 - Whoever commits penetrative sexual assault shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which Section5 - (a) Whoever, being a police officer, commits penetrative sexual assault on a child " Section6 - Whoever, commits aggravated penetrative sexual assault, shall be punished with rigorous imprisonment for a term which Section7 - Whoever, with sexual intent touches the vagina, penis, anus or breast of the child or makes the child touch the vagina, Section8 - Whoever, commits sexual assault, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which shall not Section9 - (a) Whoever, being a police officer, commits sexual assault on a child " Section10 - Whoever, commits aggravated sexual assault shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which Section11 - A person is said to commit sexual harassment upon a child when such person with sexual intent, Chapter3 - USING CHILD FOR PORNOGRAPHIC PURPOSES AND PUNISHMENT THEREFOR Section12 - Whoever, commits sexual harassment upon a child shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term Section13 - Whoever, uses a child in any form of media Section14 - (1) Whoever, uses a child or children for pornographic purposes shall be punished with imprisonment of either Chapter4 - CHAPTER IV Section16 - Section17 - Whoever abets any offence under this Act, if the act abetted is committed in consequence of the abetment, shall be Chapter5 - CHAPTER V Chapter1 - PROCEDURE FOR REPORTING OF CASES .....
