.....Act, unless the context otherwise requires,- Section4 - Subs. by Act 9 of 2014, s. 2, for “ the First Schedule and the Second Schedule” Section5 - Ins. by Act 28 of 2012, s. 5 Section6 - The words, brackets, figures and letter “or sub-section Section7 - The words “as the case may be” omitted by Act 2 of 2018, s. 3 and The Second Schedule Chapter2 - THE INSTITUTES Section8 - Teaching at Institutes.-All teaching at each of the Institutes shall be conducted by or in the name of the Institute in Section9 - Visitor.- Section10 - Authorities of Institutes.-The following shall be the authorities of an Institute, namely:- Section11 - Board of Governors.-The Board of every 2[Institute mentioned in the First Schedule] shall consist of the following Section12 - Term of office of, vacancies among, and allowances payable to, members of Board.-Save as otherwise provided in this Section13 - Powers and functions of Board.- Section14 - Senate.-The Senate of every Institute shall consist of the following persons, namely:- Section15 - Functions of Senate.-Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Statutes and the Ordinances, the Senate of an Institute Section16 - Chairperson of Board.- Section17 - Director and Deputy Director.- Section18 - Registrar.- Section19 - Other authorities and officers.-The powers and duties of authorities and officers other than those mentioned above Section20 - Grants by Central Government.-For the purpose of enabling the Institutes to discharge their functions efficiently under Section21 - Fund of Institute.- Section22 - Accounts and audit.- Section23 - Pension and provident Fund.-Every Institute shall constitute for the benefit of its employees such provident or pension Section24 - Appointments.-All appointments of the staff of every Institute, except that of the Director 1***, shall be made in Section25 - Statutes.-Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Statutes may.....
