THE PETROLEUM ACT, 19341 [Act, No. 30 of 1934] [6th September, 1934] PREAMBLE An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to the import, transport, storage, production, refining and blending of petroleum2[***]. whereas it is expedient to consolidate and amend the law relating to import, transport, storage, production, refining and blending of petroleum2[***]. It is hereby enacted as follows:-- ________________________ 1. (3) A certificate granted under this section shall be valid for such period as may be prescribed.
