Section1 - Short title, extent and commencement Section2 - Definitions.- In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, Section3 - Notification of Public Grievance Redressal Officers, first appellate authority, second appellate authority and revision Section4 - Notification of Department wise Schemes, Programmes and Services on which complaint may be filed. - The State Section5 - Right to get opportunity of hearing and redressal on complaint within the stipulated time limit Section6 - Establishment of Information and Facilitation Centre Section7 - Appeal Section8 - (8) The Public Grievance Redressal Officer, first appellate authority and second appellate authority shall, while Section9 - Revision.- The Public Grievance Redressal Officer or any other public authority or first appellate authority aggrieved Section10 - Protection of action taken in good faith.- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person Section11 - Bar of jurisdiction of courts.- No civil court shall have jurisdiction to hear, decide or deal with any question or to Section12 - Provisions to be in addition to existing laws.- The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to, and not in Section13 - Power to make rules Section14 - Removal of difficulties
