Section1 - (1) This Act may be called in Orissa Public Libraries Act,
Section2 - In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires
Section3 - (1) For the purpose of advising the Government on matters concerning Orissa Public
Section4 - (1) The Government shall, as soon as may be, after the commencement
Section5 - Subject to the provisions of this Act, the rules, made there under and functions of Library the general or special
Section6 - (1) The Chairperson shall be the head of the Library Authority and he, or

Section10 - (1) The Government may, by notification establish a District Library in
