Section Text

(a) the time for letting out water for “irrigation”; (b ) the duration of supply;

(c) the quantity of supply; and (d) the different areas to be supplied at different times. Explanation:- Water shall be deemed to have been supplied, if it is made available, at the pipe outlet, whether or not it is used for “irrigation” of land under a pipe-outlet and therefore chargeable at the normal rate.
