1968. b. It extends to the whole of India. c. It shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different Section 2 - States and for different provisions of Act The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to, and not in derogation of, any other Section 3 - law for the time being in force
