Section Text

(a) fails to produce such licence, permit or pass on the demand of any officer empowered by the State Government, by notification, to make such demand; or (b) in any case not provided for in Section 52, wilfully contravenes any rule made under Section 90; or (c) wilfully does any act in breach of any of the conditions of the licence, permit or pass, for which a penalty is not prescribed elsewhere in this Act; he shall be liable, in case of clause (a), to fine which may extend to twenty thousand rupees and in case of clause (b) or (c) to fine which may extend to fifty thousand Section 65 - rupees
