Section Text

a) of clause XXV of Sub-section 90 and such mixing does not amount to an offence punishable under Section 272 of the Indian Penal Code, 45 of 1860 or has in his possession any intoxicant in respect of which such admixture has been made, he shall be punished with imprisonment for a term, which shall not be less than seven years but may extend to ten years and also to fine, which shall not be less than fifty Section 59 - thousand rupees but may extent to one lakh rupees
