Twins or siblings shall be available for adoption by resident Indians and non-resident Indians from the date they are declared legally free for adoption by the Child Welfare Committee and they shall be deemed to be available for adoption by overseas citizen of India or foreign prospective adoptive parents, after thirty days from the date they are Section 52 - declared legally free for adoption
