Section Text

(1) The prospective adoptive parents shall bear the expenses for adoption, as provided in Schedule–13.

(2) The agency is not permitted to accept any donation in cash or kind, directly or indirectly for adoption of a child from the prospective adoptive parents. 88 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]
