Section Text

Any sum required to be repaid or paid to the State Government in pursuance of section 60 or section 61 or section 62 may, without prejudice to any modes of recovery provided in any other law for the time being in force, be recovered from the properties of the institution or from the Governing Council thereof as if it were an arrear of land revenue due from such educational institution or Governing Council.
