Section Text

(1) This Act may be called the1[Karnataka] Fire Force Act, 1964.

(2) It extends to the whole of the1[State of Karnataka].

(3) It shall come into force in any area on such2[date] as the State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different areas.
