As soon as may be after the appointed day, the electoral rolls for the Mysore (Graduates) constituency and the Mysore (Teachers) constituency shall be revised and an electoral roll shall be prepared for the Chitaldrug-cum-Bellary (Local Authorities) constituency for the Mysore Legislative Council in accordance with the provisions of the Representation of the People Act, 1950, and the roll so.revised or prepared shall come into force immediately upon their final publication in accordance with the rules made under that Act.
