In section 112 of the Income tax Act,
(i) in clause (i), for word "income tax", the word "tax" shall be substituted;
(ii) clause (ii) shall be omitted;
(iii) in clause (iii), for the words "income tax and super tax", the word "tax" shall be substituted.
