(2) The Presidenl of h e Tribunal shall be cilhcr-
(a) a pcrson who was or has becn a member of the Judicial Service as defined in d c I e 236 of the Conslitution of India for at l e a l teh years and held a rank nor inferior lo that of a Subordinate Judgc lor a1 kart three years; or (b) a barrister or an advocare who has practised as such in the Calculh High Court for not Iess lhan rcn years. e ~ ~ t1956.
