Orissa Act 26 of 1947) , or under any law for the time being in force relating to the management of private estates by the Government, is transferred to the State under the provisions of this Act, then notwithstanding anything contained in the aforesaid Acts, the estate shall vest in the State and the provisions of the said Acts shall cease to apply to the said estate and all the Section 47 - provisions of this Act shall apply
