a) by leaving it at the registered office (if any) of such owner, chief agent, manager or occupier aforesaid; or (b) by sending it by post in a letter addressed to such owner, chief agent, manager or occupier at his office, or, if he have more offices than one, at his principal office; or (c) by giving it to such owner, chief agent, manager or occupier
