[sub-section (2), ] clause (I), to give immediate information to an Excise Officer of all breaches of any of the provisions of this Act which may come to his knowledge. (2) Every Officer referred to in sub-section (1), and every village chaukidar and dafadar, shall be bound, subject to any rules made under section 85, 5353. Word, figure and brackets ins. by W.B.
