Section Text

1) No person shall have in his possession any 8181. Words subs. for the words "all articles seized" by W. B. Act 34 of 1965. [intoxicant] which has not been obtained from a licensed vendor of the same.

(2) Sub-section (1) shall not apply to (a) any 8181. Words subs. for the words "all articles seized" by W. B. Act 34 of 1965. [intoxicant] lawfully deposited or kept in a distillery, brewery, warehouse or other place of storage licensed, established, authorized or continued under this Act, or (b) any 8181. Words subs. for the words "all articles seized" by W. B. Act 34 of 1965. [intoxicant] lawfully in the possession of a licensed vendor of the same, or (c) any 8181. Words subs. for the words "all articles seized" by W. B. Act 34 of 1965. [intoxicant] in the possession of a person who has lawfully imported it, or who is authorized by the Collector to possess it, or (d) any foreign liquor in the possession of any common carrier or warehouseman as such, or purchased at a sale authorized by clause (a) of proviso (3) to
