section 46A or clause (a) of section 48" first ins. by W.B. Act 5 of 1997. [West Bengal] or any part thereof, or (b) prohibit the transport of any 6565. Words subs. for the words "Whenever a Collector issues a warrant under this Act for the arrest of any person, he shall direct," by W. B. Act 34 of 1965 [intoxicant] 6767.
