Section Text

1) Nothing contained in this Act shall affect the provisions of (a) the Calcutta Suburban Police Act, 1866, or (b) the Calcutta Police Act, 1866, or (c) 4141. Words ins. by Ben. Act 7 of 1914. [the Sea Customs Act, 1962, or]
