f) ins. by Act 18 of 1981, sec. 3(b) as amended by Act 34 of 1993, sec. 3 for a period of fifteen years, which now stands ceased to have effect after the expiry of fifteen years. See Appendix "Section 3(b) of the Essential Commodities (Special Provisions) Act, 1981.
