Section Text

a) [a] Substituted for "the State", by the Finance Act, 1950 (25 of l950), S. 11 and Sch. IV (1-4-1950). [India] to any port within, or any port or place beyond 3 (a) [a] Substituted for "the State", by the Finance Act, 1950 (25 of l950), S. 11 and Sch. IV (1-4-1950).
