a) [a] See Foot-note [a] under S. 27-A. [ Every application made under the second proviso to sub-section (3) of (section 27B) -shall be heard and determined in the manner provided by (section 99-D) , (section 99-E) (section 99-F of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898) , by a Special Bench of the High Court constituted in the manner provided by (section 99-C) of that Code.]
