a) any pleasure-yacht, or (b) any vessel which, having left any port. is compelled to re-enter it by stress of weather or in consequence of having sustained any damage, or (c) any vessel which, having entered 3 (a) [a] Substituted for the words "any port within the territories administered by the Governor of Forst Saint George in Council', by the Repealing and Amending Act, 1950 (35 of 1950).
